titleOfInvention Plant and method for producing hot asphalt mix using total percentage of milled asphalt product and heating, drying and mixing using combined thermal solar (stc) energy
abstract MACHINE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING HOT ASPHALTIC MIXTURE USING TOTAL PERCENTAGE OF ASPHALTIC PRODUCT MADE AND HEATING, DRYING AND MIXING USING COMBINED THERMAL SOLAR ENERGY (ESTC). A hot asphalt mixing plant to produce hot asphalt mix using full percentage of milled asphalt product or using cold aggregate and filer filler to produce first-rate hot asphalt mix composed of a circular chamber adapted to receive and mix additive milled asphalt product asphalt solid or for receiving and mixing cold aggregate and filer with liquid asphalt cement with a circular tubular serpentine to runoff fluid or gas attached to the underside and side of the circular chamber fitted with electrical resistors or gas heaters to produce energy heat in the form of heat. Such a coil is also connected to a combined solar thermal energy module placed at a sufficient distance so as not to hinder movement in the plant to heat and dry the milled asphalt product or to heat and dry the cold aggregate and the filer load in the circular chamber. without using direct flame from a fossil fuel burner. The plant further comprises a gas temperature reducing exchanger and the gravitational return of the particulate matter to the hot asphalt mixing process. The method of the invention includes the steps of providing a circular chamber. which can combine the drying and mixing functions, a combined solar thermal energy module panel, transporting the cold aggregate to the circular drying and mixing chamber, and mixing the cold aggregate and filer load with liquid asphalt cement to produce mixing hot asphalt and first mix the milled asphalt product with asphalt solid additive p To produce 100% totally recycled hot asphalt mixture without using direct flame heating in cold aggregate to produce hot asphalt mixture.
