| abstract | The present invention relates to an electromechanical apparatus designed to simultaneously collect two absolutely identical milk samples from two sample containers at the time that the milk stored in the chillers flows in its transfer process to the road tank, using in principle solenoid valves in three cycles; the first for the collection of two samples, the second for the automatic CIP internal cleaning system and the third for the drying system; essentially obeying pre-established electronic commands and, in its design, programmed to enable the transfer of relative data to an external microcomputer terminal by means of a removable media device, such as an SD card or a pen drive, and powered by power. 12 or 24 V power supply where the source of this energy is the very battery of the truck where it is fixed. |
