titleOfInvention | energy optimization of the hydrated ethyl alcohol production process, with consequent optimization of electricity generation in distilleries |
abstract | ENERGY OPTIMIZATION OF THE HYDRATED ETHICAL ALCOHOL PRODUCTION PROCESS, WITH THE OPTIMIZATION OF ELECTRICITY GENERATION IN DISTILLERIES. The invention relates to the thermal optimization of the hydrated ethyl alcohol production process by optimizing the Diffusion Module by using the neutral and heated in-oven vinasse in the diffuser over the shredded cane, eliminating the use of soaking water. and heating steam, from external sources, providing water and energy saving to the process and better extraction of residual bagasse sucrose. The optimization of the Distillation Module, which among other improvements, will adopt higher distillation tower pressures in the range of 4 to 12 kg / cm² abs., Which will achieve the following benefits: reduced tower diameter, and consequently, weight and material and assembly cost reduction; raising the bottom temperature of the tower, reducing heat consumption, to heat the vinhoto, which will replace the soaking water used in the optimized diffuser. The invention also relates to the energy optimization of distilleries in which it seeks to reduce the consumption of bagasse as a source of calbr, generating surpluses that, together with the straw recovered in the field, will be used to produce electricity for these distilleries and units. Complementary that will generate inputs and jobs to occupy the labor that was dispensed in the mechanical harvest, and for sale to third parties. |
