isolated antibody composition, isolated nucleic acid molecule, vector, host cell, method for producing an antibody, hybridoma, use of a composition, methods to decrease or inhibit light binding to man, lt (beta) r, dcr3 or any combination of them and to decrease or inhibit the secretion of ccl20, il-8, rants or any combination thereof, and kit. antibodies are provided herein, such as fully human antibodies that immunospecifically bind to a hghgh polypeptide. isolated nucleic acids encoding antibodies, such as fully human antibodies, which immunospecifically bind to a hlight polypeptide are also provided. in addition vectors and host cells are provided that comprise antibody-encoding nucleic acids, such as fully human antibodies, that immunospecifically bind to a hlight polypeptide. methods of making antibodies, such as fully human antibodies, that immunospecifically bind to a hlight polypeptide are also provided. also provided herein is a method of treating a hlight-mediated disease in a patient which comprises administering to the patient an antibody, such as a fully human antibody, which immunospecifically binds to a hlight polypeptide. in preferred embodiments, these anti-hlight antibodies provided herein enhanced, neutralized or otherwise will inhibit the biological activity of hlight in vivo (for example, hlight-mediated production or secretion of ccl20, il-8 or before from a cell that expresses a hlight receptor). also provided here is a method for detecting hlight in a sample as well as a method to improve, neutralize or otherwise inhibit hlight activity, for example, in a human patient suffering from a disorder in which hlight activity it's harmful. |
