titleOfInvention surfaces not adhering to vascular access device
abstract SURFACES NOT FOLLOWING A VASCULAR ACCESS DEVICE. A vascular access device may include a body and a body layer that communicates with a pathogenic environment to discourage adherence of a pathogen to the layer and thereby suppress pathogenic activity. One method of suppressing pathogenic activity in a vascular access device includes endowing the device with a body and coating the body with a layer that discourages a pathogen from adhering to the layer.
