abstract | METHOD FOR HEATING OR COOLING WITH A REFRIGERANT, MATERIAL COMPOSITION, AZEATROP-LIKE COMPOSITION, USE OF COMPOUNDS, AZEOTRAPIC COMPOSITION, AND COOLING SYSTEM. The compounds of the general formula (1) C ^ X ^, F ^ Y ^ -O-CF = CFW where X is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, y 2x + 1, and where W is F ^ 3 ^, CF ^ 3 ^, C ^ 2 ^ F ^ 5 ^, C ^ 3 ^ F ^ 7 ^, or of formula (II), C ^ X ^ F ^ Y ^ -O-CX = CYZ, in that X and Y have the meanings given above, X represents H or F, Y represents H or F and Z represents H ^ 2 ^, F ^ 2 ^ CF ^ 3 ^ or C ^ 2 ^ F ^ 5 ^ with the proviso that that at least one of X, Y or Z are H and that no more than 2 hydrogen atoms are contained in the compound of the general formula (II), are suitable as refrigerants, solvents, blowing agents, fire extinguishers, liquid ORC, heat transforming liquids, heat pipe liquids or aerosol producing gases. Preferred co-refrigerants are CF ^3 ^I, HFC-134a or one or more pentafluoropropenes. |
