PROCESS FOR PREPARING NITROGEN CONTAINING COMPOUNDS. Process for the preparation of a nitrogen-containing compound, comprising the steps of: a) delivering N ~ 2 ~, optionally NH ~ 3 ~, and optionally a recycling stream together with a compound containing carbon and hydrogen or a compound containing carbon and H ~ 2 ~ to form a reaction mixture, thus the ammonia in the reaction mixture, if present, originates in a concentration of at least 30% by weight from the recycling stream; b) bringing the reaction mixture into contact with a catalyst at a temperature of 200 <198> C and 800 <198> C and with a spatial speed between 10 ^ 2 ^ and 10 ^ 6 ^ mL / gh, said catalyst containing an M ~ 1 ~ metal on a support, M ~ 1 ~ being chosen from the group consisting of metals in group 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the IUPAC Periodic Table of Elements or mixtures of these, in this way the nitrogen-containing compound is formed; c) optionally separating, subsequent to step "b", a portion between 1 and 99% by volume of the reaction mixture, said portion being the recycling stream. |
