abstract | EFFICIENT PROCESS OF PRODUCTION AND PURIFICATION OF HYALURINIC ACID OF HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT AND RESULTING PRODUCT. The present invention provides an efficient and improved process for the production and purification of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HA), one of which relates to providing growth conditions for the production of high molecular weight 1-IA in Sreptococcus zooepidemicus. For example, the growth medium comprising a lower concentration of protein, i.e., 1% casein hydrolyzate and a higher concentration of sugar, that is, 5% sucrose, resulted in 5-6 g / L HA of high molecular weight in the proportion of 3.5-4, Ox 10 ^ 6 ^ Da. The present invention also provides an efficient HA purification process comprising treatment with silica gel followed by active carbon and the respective diafiltration with less volume of solvent. |
