titleOfInvention Dry milling process of a material containing carbonated ore, products and use of the products
abstract DRY CRUSHING PROCESS OF A MATERIAL CONTAINING A CARBONATED ORE, PRODUCTS USE OF PRODUCTS A first object of the present invention is a dry grinding process of a material containing a carbonate ore characterized by the fact that said process comprises the steps from: dry grinding said material in at least one grinding unit (i) in the presence of at least one polyalkylene glycol polymer where 90% preferably 95%, most preferably 98% at least of the skeleton forming monomer units of the polymer are constituted of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, or mixtures thereof, and whose molecular weight is at least 400 g / mol, (ii) such that the amount of water not referred to the crushing unit is less than 10% dry weight of the material not mentioned grinding unit; (b) optionally classifying the dry milled material according to step (a) with at least one unit of classification; (c) if necessary repeat steps (a) and / or (b) on all or part of the ground material from step (a) and / or (b). Another object of the present invention is a product from steps a) and / or b) and / or c) of the process according to the invention. A third object of the present invention is the use of the product from steps a) and / or b) and / or c) mastics, paper, paint, plastics or agricultural formulations.
