abstract Isolated nut extract, process for obtaining and using it. The present invention relates to an isolated nut extract of high efficiency and stability over time, useful to be used in the production of a medicine for the treatment of viral, fungal and bacterial diseases, which is characterized by the fact that it is obtained from a process comprising) collection of unripe walnut fruits as raw material; ii) preparation of the raw material for extraction; iii) freezing of the raw material prepared in the previous step; iv) drying; v) extraction in less than 10 minutes; vi) filtration; and vii) final packaging. The present invention also relates to its use for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of bacterial, fungal and viral diseases and a composition comprising it.
