method for the supply of a human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg) vaccine for the production of long acting antibody |
abstract |
METHOD FOR SUPPLYING A HUMAN CHORIANIC GONADOTROPINE VACCINE (hCG) FOR THE PRODUCTION OF LONG-TERM ANTIBODY. This invention comprises a method for immunization in which an antigen from a human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) vaccine is incorporated into an inorganic salt complex! biopolymer using a simple manufacturing process. The resulting solid matrix is administered to human subjects in the form of micro particles. The method comprises suspending the micro particles in an emulsion of a natural oil and water containing an adjuvant compound acceptable for human use and injecting a pharmaceutical dose of the suspension intramuscularly. Vaccine antigens are conjugated to peptide fragments from the beta subunit of hCG with a carrier protein. The vaccine antigens supplied in this formulation are effective in causing the appearance of antibodies in recipients for the treatment of cancer or hormone-related diseases. |
