abstract | METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PYRIMIDINE COMPOUND. The present invention relates to a compound of 4-amino-6-alkynyloxypyrimidine, which is represented by formula (I) and has a harmful organism control effect, can be produced with high yield by reaction of a 4,6-difluoropyrimidine compound with an alkynol compound in an alkylbenzene, in the presence of an organic salt and potassium carbonate and reaction of the resulting compound with an amine compound, without isolation of the resulting compound. |
