PROTECTIVE LAYER HARDENED WITH ULTRAVIOLET FOR THERMOPLASTIC SUBSTRATES. The present invention relates to a multilayer product containing a first layer (Si) and a second layer (52), in which Si can be obtained from A) one or more pre-stages of aliphatic polymers selected from at least one of the groups consisting of components A.1 and A.2, where A.1) are aliphatic oligomers containing urethane or ester bonds with at least two acrylate functions per molecule or mixtures of corresponding oligomers and A.2) are aliphatic reactive diluents with at least two acrylate groups per molecule or corresponding reactive diluent mixtures, B) one or more fine particulate inorganic compounds, C) at least one organic ultraviolet absorber selected from the group consisting of triazine derivatives and biphenyltriazine derivatives, preferably at least an ultraviolet absorber of biphenyltriazine derivatives, D) possibly one or more radical scavengers of the HALS class, E) possibly one or more flow agents, F) possibly one or more solvents, as well as G) at least one special photoinitiator, selected from the group consisting of acylphosphine oxide derivatives and α-aminoalkylphenone derivatives and the second layer being a thermoplastic polymer. In addition, the invention relates to the composition of the first ultraviolet curable layer, a process for the production of these multilayer products and products, which contain the mentioned multilayer products. |
