These systems are useful for the controlled release of cosmetically or pharmacologically active ingredients of a highly lipophilic nature. The system comprises nanocapsules of an average size of less than 1 µm dispersed in an aqueous medium, wherein the nanocapsules have a structure comprising a lipophilic phase containing a phospholipid component and one or more C 12 -C 12 chain fatty acids. Saturated and / or unsaturated or derivatives thereof; and a hydrophilic phase comprising chitosan or a derivative thereof and a polyoxyalkylene compound. |
