abstract |
METHODS OF TREATMENT OR PREVENTION OF WATER PERITONITE SOLUTION WITH OXIRREDUCTION POTENTIAL. A method for treating or preventing peritonitis is provided by administering a therapeutically effective amount of an aqueous oxireduction potential (ORP) solution that is stable for at least about 24 hours. The aqueous ORP solution administered according to the invention may be combined with one or more suitable carriers, and may be administered together with one or more additional therapeutic agents. A method for preventing peritoneal bleeding, adhesions and abscesses is also provided. |
