titleOfInvention | COMPOSITION OF ENZYMES, USE OF COMPOSITION IN ENZYMATIC HYDROLYSIS OF LIGNOCELLULOSE MATERIAL, PROCESS OF PRODUCTION OF ENZYMES THAT DEGRADES OF THE FRACTION OF POLYMACARIDES OF PROCESS |
abstract | enzyme composition, use of the composition in enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic material, production process of enzymes that degrade the polysaccharide fraction from biomass, alcohol production process using the composition of enzymes. The present invention relates to an enzyme composition comprising (a) cellulolytic enzymes obtained by fermentation with trichoderma reesei; (b) cellulolytic, hemicellulolytic, β-glycosidase enzymes and accessory enzymes obtained by fermentation with aspergilius awamori; (c) additionally at least one molecular species selected from the group of enzymes and / or peptides having cmcase activity, said molecular species being present in the t-culture supernatants. reesei and / or a. awamori as shown in the zymogram of figure 6; and (d) optionally, a carrier compatible with said enzymes, said enzymes (a) and (b) interacting to result in a synergistic effect given by the action of accessory enzymes which, among other activities, disrupt the bonds between the enzyme. lignin and the polysaccharides of biomass, notably hemicellulose. The present invention further comprises an enzyme composition comprising: (a) cellulolytic enzymes obtained by fermentation with trichoderma reesei; (b) cellulolytic, hemicellulolytic, β-glycosidase enzymes and accessory enzymes obtained by fermentation with aspergilius awamori; and (c) optionally a carrier compatible with said enzymes, said enzymes (a) and (b) interacting to result in a synergistic effect given by the action of accessory enzymes and molecular species that act differently on biomass polysaccharides. and also in the bonds between lignin and hemicellulose. The invention further includes a process for producing said cellulolytic and hemicellulolytic enzymes, β-glycosidase and accessory enzymes and said molecular species which comprise the composition of the invention and a process for producing alcohol from biomass using, in the hydrolysis step. enzymatic composition, the composition of the invention. |
