titleOfInvention | process for recycling vulcanized elastomers, compositions of such elastomers and molded articles |
abstract | process for the recycling of vulcanized elastomers, compositions of such elastomers and molded articles. A process for the recycling of vulcanized elastomers such as natural rubber and / or synthetic diene elastomers is described which comprises granulating the elastomer or other form in conventional shear and plasticizing rubber processing equipment for 50-70 minutes added. 1-10 phr sulfenamide regenerating agent, and after processing, recover a regenerated elastomeric product suitable for re-vulcanization, and where the minimum processing torque values ensure the processability of the compositions. Also disclosed are compositions containing elastomer and regenerating agent and molded products obtained by recalcanization and curing thereof. |
