titleOfInvention process of obtaining glycerin acetals
abstract GLYCERIN ACETATIC PROCESSING PROCESSES. The present invention describes a process for obtaining glycerine acetals using heterogeneous acid catalysts from crude glycerine obtained from biodiesel production processes after neutralization process. In the present acetalization process, glycerine acetals are produced by reacting glycerine with cyclo-condensation agents such as one to twenty carbon atoms (C1-C20) and ketones with three to twenty carbon atoms (C3-C20). ). In addition, the glycerine acetals described in the present invention have application in fuel mixtures, in particular gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil, and can be used as a solvent additive, as lubricant and in cosmetic formulations.
