MUTANT ACYLASES. The present invention describes a mutant type II beta-lactam acylase which is a variant of a model polypeptide with type II beta-lactam acylase activity, whereby the mutant beta-lactam acylase has at least one beta-lactam acylase activity. in vitro 1.5 times improved for adipyl-7-ADCA compared to the model polypeptide with beta-lactam acylase activity. |
