Also described is a method of producing a rubber belt. the method comprises the steps of wrapping one or more filaments or elastic fibers over a mandrel, wherein one or more filaments or elastic fibers form one or more layers in the mandrel; adding a high viscosity liquid silicone rubber over one or more layers; and heat the mandrel to polymerize the silicone rubber. |
