titleOfInvention | method for controlling a process for the production of short fiber cellulose pulp |
abstract | METHOD TO CONTROL A PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SHORT FIBER CELLULOSE PULP. Special requirements are established on the properties of short-fiber cellulose pulp when this type of pulp is used in the manufacture of paper, and a paper manufacturer wants primarily a pulp with predictable and constant properties. The present invention allows the production of such pulp and consists of a method for the production of chemical pulp by digesting short fiber lignocellulose material using a certain ramp profile, a certain maximum temperature, a certain time at this maximum temperature, and a certain content of cooking reagents, so that the pulp in association with the end of digestion with respect to at least two properties of pulp fibers, one of which consists of their lignin content, and in which the content of readily soluble carbohydrates is determined in pulp fibers, the content of which influences various properties of the pulp and pulp-made paper and that control of the specified cooking parameters is based, firstly, on the readily soluble carbohydrate content and secondly, on the lignin content and in this case, preferably, in an approximate way, although, however, both are always taken into account. |
