titleOfInvention methods for improving potato quality, increasing potato dry matter content and potato starch content and reducing potato reducing sugar content
abstract METHODS TO IMPROVE THE GRAPE SUGAR DEVELOPMENT, TO INCREASE THE GRAPE SUGAR CONTENT AND TO INCREASE THE GRAPE SUGAR DEVELOPMENT RATE. The development of grape sugar is improved by applying a composition comprising an iron chelate to the vine or vine site. The advantages include increasing the overall sugar content of grapes and increasing the rate of sugar development. A preferred iron chelate is EDDHA iron chelate, commercially available as SEQUESTRENE 138 Fe 100.
