ETHALAZINONE DERIVATIVES REPLACED BY 4-HETEROARIMETHYLE The present invention relates to compounds of the formula (1) in which A and E together represent an optionally substituted fused aromatic ring; D is chosen from formula (i), where y ^ 2 ^ is chosen from CH and N, Y2 is chosen from CH and N, y ^ 3 ^ is chosen from CH, CF and N; and formulas (ii), D (A) and (E) where Q is O or S; R ^ D ^ is the formula (C) where R ^ NI ^ is chosen from H and optionally substituted C ~ 1-10 ~ alkyl; X is chosen from a single bond, NR ^ N2 ^, CR ^ C3 ^ R ^ C4 ^ and C = O; R ^ N2 ^ is chosen from H and optionally substituted C ~ 1- 10 ~ alkyl; R ^ C3 ^ and R ^ C4 ^ are independently chosen from H, R, C (= O) OR, where R is optionally substituted C ~ 3-10 ~ alkyl, optionally substituted C ~ 5- 10 ~ aryl or C ~ heterocyclyl 3-20 ~ optionally replaced; Y is chosen from NR ^ N3 ^ and CR ^ C1 ^ R ^ C2 ^; R ^ C1 ^ and R ^ C2 ^ are independently chosen from H, R, C (= O) OR, where R is optionally substituted C ~ 1-10 ~ alkyl, optionally substituted C ~ 5-20 ~ aryl or optionally substituted heterocyclyl ; R ^C1 ^ and R ^C2 ^ together with the carbon atom to which they are attached may form an optionally substituted C-5-7 ~ carbocyclic or heterocyclyl ring; and when x is a single bond, R ^N1 ^R ^C2 ^ and may, together with the N and C atoms to which they are attached, form an optionally substituted C ~ 5-7 ~ heterocyclic ring; and when X is CR ^ C3 ^ R ^ C4 ^, R ^ C2 ^ and R ^ C4 ^ may together form an additional bond, such that there is a double bond between the atoms replaced by R ^ C1 ^ and R ^ C3 ^. |
