titleOfInvention process for the preparation of an organometallic compound comprising a bystander binder
abstract PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN ORGANOMETAL COMPOUND UNDERSTANDING A BINDING SPECTATOR The invention refers to a process for the production of an organometallic compound of formula (1): MAL ~ j ~ Y ~ r ~ X (p- (n + v + r )) R ~ n ~ (formula 1) where: M is a metal of groups 3-13 or of the lanthanide series, and p is the valence of metal M, A represents an anionic spectator ligand whose valence v is 1 or 2, Y is a spectator ligand represented by formula 2: where the spectator ligand is covalently attached to the metal M, via the nitrogen atom of the imine, Subl is a substituent comprising an atom of group 14, through which Subl is attached to the atom of imine carbon. Sub2 is a substituent comprising an atom of groups 15-16, through which Sub2 is attached to the carbon atom of the imine, Subl and Sub2 can be connected to each other to form a ring system, r is an integer> O, L is an optional neutral Lewis-based ligand, j is an integer denoting the number of neutral ligands L, x is a halide and R is an anionic ligand, in which an organometallic reagent of formula (3), MAL ~ j ~ Xp- v (formula 3), is placed in contact with an alkylating agent, thus forming a precursor in which at least one of the halide atoms is replaced by an anionic ligand R, which can be independently selected from the alkyl, aryl-alkyl groups , aryl or a combination of these, a precursor that subsequently comes into contact with an imine according to formula 2.
