abstract | CONTINUOUS CARBONILLATION PROCESS FOR HIGH PRODUCTIVITY CARBONILLATION, CARBONILLATION REACTION MEDIUM AND PROTECTIVE CHAIN OF THE SAME FOR A CONTINUOUS CARBONILLATION PROCESS, SOFTENING, DRYING AND CARBONILLATION PROCESSING. A continuous carbonylation process for high reactivity carbonylation, and a carbonylation reaction medium and a product stream therefrom. The process consists of the carbonylation of an ethylenically unsaturated compound with carbon monoxide in the presence of a source of hydroxyl groups and a catalytic system. The catalytic system is composed of: (a) a phosphine bidentate, arsine or stibin ligand; (b) a catalytic metal chosen from a metal of the BIV group or the VIIIB group of metals or as a compound thereof. The catalytically active concentration of said catalytic metal, measured as the ACCF (product kg. Hour-1.dm-3), is maintained at less than 0.5. |
