abstract |
method for cutting spun filaments containing nmmo and for standard cellulose-length fibers and device for cutting spun lyocell filaments. The present invention relates to the production of standard length fibers consisting of spun filaments (2) which are produced according to the Lyocell method of a spinning solution containing water, cellulose and tertiary amine oxide. According to the invention the tertiary amine oxide is not removed by washing the spun filaments (2) prior to cutting by a cutting device (9) the loop strength can be intensified by this measure. To be more specific, in the method and device according to the invention, loop strengths can be obtained on lyocell standard length fibers of at least 15 cn / tex, and partially up to at least 20 cn / tex. |
