titleOfInvention | recombinant method for producing a cd52 monoclonal antibody for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia |
abstract | The present invention relates to the recombinant method used for producing soluble monoclonal antibody that binds to CD52. The procedure describes de novo synthesis of nucleic acid sequence encoding anti-CD52, transformation of nucleic acid sequences constructed on competent bacteria and their subcloning into mammalian expression vectors for expression of the desired protein. DNA constructs comprising the control elements associated with the gene of interest have been revealed. The nucleic acid sequence of interest has been optimized at the codon to allow expression in suitable mammalian host cells. |
