NANOPARTICULATED QUINAZOLIN DERIVATIVE FORMULATIONS. The present invention relates to nanoparticulate quinazoline derivative compositions having improved pharmacokinetic profiles and reduced fasted / fed variability. The nanoparticulate quinazoline derivative particles of a composition have an effective mean particle size less than about 2000 nm and are useful in treating hyperproliferative disorders such as cancer and other neoplastic diseases. Compositions may include quinazolinamine derivatives such as erlotinib or a salt thereof. |
