CORINEFORM BACTERIA, E, METHOD TO PRODUCE A L-AMINO ACID Corineform bacteria that have the capacity to produce L-amino acids and are modified in such a way that the activity of acetyl-CoA hydrolase is decreased. The bacteria are used to produce L-amino acids generated by the biosynthetic route using pyruvic acid as an intermediate such as L-glutamic acid, L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-proline, L-alanine, L-valine and L-lysine. |
