The present invention relates to a 5 to 94 wt.% polyvinyl chloride or vine chloride polymer molding mass and a 50 to 90 k-value, as well as 2 to 25 wt.% additives and a polymer. where% by weight refers to the total weight of the molding mass. In the case of the polymer, it is a semicrystalline or amorphous polyester. To this end, the vinyl chloride or polyvinyl chloride polymer in powder, pellet or granular form is mixed with the additives and the semicrystalline or amorphous polyester in powder, pellet or granular form is added. For the production of films from such a molding mass, it is plasticised, melted and calendered or extruded to form a film having a thickness of 100 µm to 1 mm. Through the following mime or offline process stages, such a film can be further elaborated, for example by drawing with a draw grade of 1.3 to 7, especially from 3 to 4 to form a thinner, high shrink film.
