titleOfInvention isolated antigen-binding polypeptides or antibodies, isolated antibody, method for negatively regulating fc (gamma) riib activity, treatment methods, isolated bispecific antibodies, methods of inhibiting an immune response, suppressing histamine release, fc (gamma) ri activation, fc (epsilon) ri receptor expression inhibition, composition and kit
abstract "POLYPEPTIDES OR ANTIGEN-BINDING ANTIBODIES ISOLATED, ISOLATED ANTIBODY, METHOD FOR NEGATIVELY REGULATING F-CY ~ RIIB ACTIVITY, TREATMENT METHODS, BISPECIFIC ANTIBODIES OF HYBODY IMPOSED IMPOSES, , F ~ CY ~ RIIB ACTIVATION, FC <sym> RI, COMPOSITION AND KIT RECEIVER EXHIBITION INHIBIT ". The present invention describes antibodies that selectively bind human F-cyRIIB, with little or no binding to other human Fc <sym> Rs, such as Fc <sym> RIIA. The present invention also provides isolated bispecific antibodies comprising an antibody that selectively binds Fc <sym> RIIB, and a second antibody that specifically binds to an activating receptor. Several uses, including therapeutic uses, for such antibodies are also proposed, including administration with anti-tumor antibodies and histamine release inhibiting and suppressing immune response methods.
