abstract DIPHENAMINE SUBSTITUTED SALICILTIAZOLE DERIVATIVES AND COMPOUNDS RELATED TO PHOSPHYTROSIN 1B (PTP1B) INHIBITORS FOR USE WITH ACTIVE BLOOD SUGAR REDUCING SUBSTANCES FOR DIABETES TREATMENT. The present invention relates to compounds which develop a therapeutic effect to lower blood sugar. The compounds are particularly suitable for prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus. The invention therefore relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein: R 1, R 2, R 3, R 4, R 5 independently of each other, H, F, CL, Br, I, OH, CF 3 ~, NO ~ 2 ~, CN, OCF ~ 3 ~, O- (C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 6 ~) -alkyl, O- (C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 4 ~) -alkoxy- (C ~ 1 (C 1 -C 4) alkyl, S- (C 1 -C 6) alkyl, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, C 2 -C 6 alkyl ) - (C 3 -C 8 -) alkenyl, cycloalkyl, O (C 3 - C 8) cycloalkyl, (C 3 - C 8) cycloalkyl, (C -C3-8-) -cycloalkenyl, O- (C3-3-8-) -cycloalkenyl, (C2-6-6) -alkynyl, aryl, O- (C1-6) aryl 1- (8C) -alkylene-aryl, O- (C-1-8C) -alkylene-aryl, S-aryl, CO-NH (C 1-6C-6) -alkyl , N (C 1 -C 6 -alkyl) 2, NH-SO 2 C H 3 SO 2 -CH 3 COOH, COO C 1 -C 6 ~) alkyl, CO-N ((C 1-1 -C 6) alkyl) -2; R 6: H, (C 1-1 -C 6) alkyl; A: A bond, -CH ~ 2 ~ -, -NH-, -CH ~ 2 ~ -O-, -S-, -CH ~ 2 ~ -CH ~ 2 ~ -, -CH (CH ~ 3 ~) - ; B: NH, NH (C 1 -C 4 -C) alkyl, NH (CO); D: phenyl, heterocycle; as well as physiologically compatible salts thereof.
