TETRAHYDROISOQUINOLINYL QUINAZOLINE AND ISOQUINOLINE DERIVATIVES. The present invention relates to substituted quinazoline and isoquinoline compounds which lend themselves as effective phosphodiestrease (PDE) inhibitors. In particular, the invention relates to compounds that are selective PDE-10 inhibitors. The invention further relates to intermediates for the preparation of said compounds; pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds and the use of said compounds a method for treating some central nervous system (CNS) disorders or other disorders. |
