titleOfInvention metal complexes having vitamin b12 as a binder
abstract METAL COMPLEXS OWNING VITAMIN B ~ 12 ~ AS A BOND. The present invention relates to the metal complex of the general formula <sym), where each L is independently selected and represents a binder and at least one L is vitamin B12- (cyanocobalamin) or a derivative thereof bound through the atom. nitrogen from its cyanide group to M, which is a selected element of transition metals, thus forming a fraction M-NC- ¢ Co !, with ¢ Co! represented by vitamin B ~ 12 ~ without cyanide and where n is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. The complex can be prepared by mixing a precursor molecule with vitamin B ~ 12 ~ Metal complexes can be used to radiodiagnostics, chemotherapy and radionuclide therapy.
