method for collecting (meth) acrolein or (meth) acrylic acid, and collecting device |
abstract |
"method for collecting (meth) acrolein or (meth) acrylic acid and collecting device". a reaction gas (1) containing (meth) acrolein or (meth) acrylic acid and obtained by catalytic vapor phase oxidation is contacted with an aqueous solution as a collection solvent in a collection tower main body (2). ) to collect (meth) acrolein or (meth) acrylic acid with the aqueous solution. reaction gas (1) is supplied to the collection tower main body (2) from two opposing nozzles (2c) to cause gas flows to collide with each other in the collection tower main body (2). thus, (meth) acrolein or (meth) acrylic acid can be efficiently collected from a gas containing (meth) acrolein or (meth) acrylic acid while avoiding polymerization. |
