Comprising a ≤ 5% recovered moisture content of: (i) 1 to 50% by weight of at least one self-linking resin; ii) 0.25 to 20% by weight of at least one catalyst; iii) 0.1 to 4% by weight of at least one resin-reactive active antimicrobial agent; iv) 98.65 to 26% by weight of water; and where (i) + (ii) + (iii) + (iv) = 100%. |
