| abstract |
"Silicic acid containing powder production process and silicic acid containing powder production system". The present invention relates to a silicic acid containing powder production process and a silicic acid containing powder production system which can spray rice husks and husks without requiring silicic acid removal from them and reduce processing time and costs. to obtain powder containing natural silicic acid for use as a direct fertilizer. The process of producing silicic acid-containing powder, characterized by making use of silicic acid contained in rice husks or husks, injects high pressure steam into rice husks or straws fed to a treatment container (2) to pulverize the husks or rice straws maintaining the vapor pressure within said treatment container (2) in the range from 1.45 to 1.96 MPa. |
