Method for Conditioning Ozone-Treated Water |
abstract |
"METHOD FOR PACKAGING WATER TREATED WITH OZENE". The present invention provides methods of packaging ozone-sterilized products in a plastics film container in which adverse organoleptic reactions or interactions are substantially reduced and preferably essentially eliminated. More specifically, the present invention relates to methods of packaging ozone-sterilized water in plastic containers, especially flexible plastic film pouches, having an internal polyethylene coating, wherein adverse organoleptic reactions or interactions are substantially reduced and preferably essentially eliminated. Preferably, the inner polyethylene coating is manufactured from polyethylene which does not contain sliding agents or other organic processing aids that can react with ozone. |
