"Process for formation of hydrazides and their derivatives from hydrazines and dicarboxylic acids". The present invention provides a process for the formation of hydrazides from the reaction of a hydrazine with a dicarboxylic acid, a Lewis acid being employed as a key reagent of the reaction process. The reaction takes place in a safe reaction environment, employing mild conditions, not involving the use of high pressures or temperatures, producing the desired products with high yields of around 90-95%. The invention also provides a kit for using chemiluminescent substances, which kit consists of two solutions. |
