titleOfInvention mobile crushing set
abstract MOBILE CRUSHING SET. The new equipment will have carbon steel as the basis for its manufacture, it will be built on top of a metallic chassis (08) with two axles and double tires on the rear (09) and simple on the front (07), with directional coupling ( 06). The operation of the equipment will be by means of an internal combustion engine (05) with cooling system (03) (, this engine (05) will transmit mechanical energy to the jaw crusher (13). To obtain a quality control of stones to be crushed, the equipment has a vibrating feeder (01) .As the stones are being crushed, a conveyor belt (12) removes the finished material from the equipment. With the objective of reducing the impact on supporting parts, the equipment it will have hydraulic stabilizers powered by an oil reservoir (04) .The vibratory movement of the crusher's jaws (13) is caused by an eccentric shaft, which will be directly coupled to the pulley (02) and the flywheel (10). gravel of different thicknesses the equipment has an adjustment that changes the positioning of the jaws (13), leaving them further apart, or bringing them closer in. To protect the motor part of the equipment, it will have an operating cabin (11), which will protect the engine and its other components.
