titleOfInvention | production process of primary alcohols ester by self-shifting fatty acid swirling |
abstract | A process of producing primary alcohols by self-shearing fatty acid vortex, comprising the introduction of a shear turbine (17) in the process involving the well-known transesterification chemical reaction, whose geometry specially designed for a esterification micro-unit, reduces the reaction time from hours to few seconds. One of the objectives of the present utility model is to propose a primary alcohol ester production process and its corresponding equipment allowing to increase the productive speed while maintaining the energy efficiency provided by the cavitation process, applied to the chemical reactions involved in the transesterification process. |
