abstract | For use on grills and the like, Utility Model patent, can be used on fixed, removable or demountable grills. The pieces are comprised of two top-opening reservoirs 1 and a set of defined pieces which, once installed, are efficient in producing heat for burning (roasting) the food (s). The ease of handling in its installation and its use by the vertical burning process 1, where the burning material (coal and similar) will not have contact with the elimination of liquids and fats from the food (s) that will be roasts and consequently will not produce smoke, flames of fire and carcinogens. The reservoirs 1 may be slid (to the right or left) as required by the adjustable rods 3 (reservoir holding location 1 and sliding, both right and left) 6 (required for each barbecue) and circumstantially, an adaptation table 3 (adapted to any type of barbecue, existing) for placing the pieces on the barbecue with side and vertical heating reservoir (bake) 1, on the barbecue to be adapted, if necessary. Considering, the purpose of the present patent, to qualify the barbecue procedure in barbecue grills, taking into consideration that with this set do not absorb the residues of carcinogenic substances caused by the action of smoke and fire, since it is no longer the conventional model ( where the firing material (charcoal or similar) is placed at the bottom) for this much easier and more pleasant barbecue model. |
