The supplement comprises a dispersion of 40 to 90% by weight of molasses and 5 to 40% by weight of saturated or unsaturated fat in water, having as a dispersant a phosphatide in an amount of up to 5% by weight of the dispersion. The invention also provides a process for preparing the supplement.
