titleOfInvention Cooling package that forms a gel, and processes for cooling objects, and for coating ammonium nitrate with a gel forming agent
abstract "COOLING PACKAGE THAT SHAPES A GEL, AND, PROCESSES TO COOL OBJECTS, AND TO COVER AMMONIUM NITRATE WITH A GEL FORMING AGENT". The present invention relates to a cooling package, which uses the negative heat of solution of a material that dissolves in a liquid. The cooling package also includes a gel forming agent, which is activable to form a gel. The gel provides a number of benefits, including better cold distribution, increased cold persistence in the cooling pack, and more complete use of the cooling pack ingredients than possible with prior art devices.
