titleOfInvention Application of phytase in low phytate content
abstract "APPLICATION OF PHYTASE IN LOW PHYTATE CONTENT" The present invention relates to the application of the phytase enzyme in a diet with a low phytate content. The invention features feeding processes with a low phytate diet supplemented with phytase. Feeding an animal with a low phytate diet comprising phytase improves the animal's mineral status and results in better zootechnical results, such as better growth rate and feed conversion ratio. The invention also features a low phytate feed for animals, supplemented with phytase, as well as processes for preparing that feed.
