"MICROORGANISM, E, PROCESS TO PRODUCE L-GLUTAMIC ACID". L-glutamic acid is produced by culturing, in a medium, a microorganism belonging to enterobacteria and having productivity of L-glutamic acid, in which a citrate synthase gene, derived from a chineform bacterium, is introduced to produce and accumulate L acid -glutamic acid in the medium and collect the L-glutamic acid from the medium. |
