titleOfInvention Optimized process for the preparation of acetaldehyde from ethylene and oxygen.
abstract Invention Patent: <B> '' PERFECT PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ACETALDEYDE FROM ETHYLENE AND OXYGEN '' <D>. The invention relates to a process for the oxidation of a reaction gas in the presence of a catalyst solution, in which a) the reaction gas is oxidation is oxidized in a reactor in the presence of the catalyst solution, where it originates a reaction mixture, which contains droplets of catalyst solution and b) is carried to a first separator, in which the droplets of the catalyst solution are removed from the reaction mixture and in which c) the reaction mixture from the first separator is conducted from the first separator for a washing apparatus and in this the oxidation product is removed from the reaction mixture, characterized by the fact that d) the reaction mixture of the first separator is conducted through a second separator, which is post-connected to the first separator and pre-connected to the washing apparatus and on the second seeder remove remaining catalyst solution from the reaction mixture.
