'' METHOD TO PRODUCE IRON CARBIDE '', in which metal carbide is difficult to be formed inside the heating tubes of a tubular heater to heat reducing gas and carburizing gas to be supplied to the reactor. The carburizing gas that is supplied to the reactor (1) is heated in the tubular heater (6) by the flue gas used to heat the reducing gas and the circulating gas, and then a mixture that includes carburizing gas, reducing gas and circulating gas is supplied to the reactor (1). Raw materials containing iron are reduced and wooded in the reactor (1). |
