titleOfInvention Microbicidal derivatives of n-sulfonylglycine alkynyloxyphenethyl amide
abstract Invention Patent: <B> "MICROBICIDE DERIVATIVES FROM N-SULPHONYLGLYCIN ALKINYL OXYPHENETHYL AMIDA" <D>. The invention relates to new compounds of the general formula I that are pesticidally active as well as to the possible isomers and mixtures of isomers thereof, where n is the number zero or one; and R ~ 1 ~ is C ~ 1-C ~ 12 ~ alkyl which is unsubstituted or can be substituted with C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 4 ~ alkoxy, C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 4 ~ alkylthio, C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ C4 ~ alkylsulfonyl, C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 8 ~ cycloalkyl, cyano, C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 6 ~ alkoxycarbonyl, C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 6 ~ alkenyloxycarbonyl or with C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 6 ~ alkynyloxycarbonyl; C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 8 ~ cycloalkyl; C ~ 2 ~ -C ~ 12 ~ alkenyl; C ~ 2 ~ -C ~ 12 ~ alkynyl; C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 12 ~ haloalkyl; or a group NR ~ 11 ~ R ~ 12 ~ where R ~ 11 ~ and R ~ 12 ~ are independently of each other hydrogen or C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 6 ~ alkyl, or together are tetra- or pentamethylene; R ~ 2 ~ and R ~ 3 ~ are independently of each other hydrogen; C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 8 ~ alkyl; C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 8 ~ alkyl substituted with hydroxy, C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 4 ~ alkoxy, mercapto or with C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 4 ~ alkylthio; C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 8 ~ alkenyl; C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 8 ~ alkynyl; C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 8 ~ cycloalkyl; C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 8 ~ cycloalkyl-C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 4 ~ alkyl; or the two groups R ~ 2 ~ and R ~ 3 ~ together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a three to eight membered ring; R ~ 4 ~, R ~ 5 ~, R ~ 6 ~ and R ~ 7 ~ are the same or different and each is independently of the others hydrogen or C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 4 ~ alkyl; R ~ 8 ~ is C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 6 ~ alkyl, C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 6 ~ alkenyl or C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 6 ~ alkynyl; A is C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 6 ~ alkylene; and B is unsubstituted or substituted aryl, optionally mono or polynuclear; unsubstituted or substituted heteroaryl, optionally mono or polynuclear; C ~ 4 ~ -C ~ 12 ~ alkyl; or C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 8 ~ cycloalkyl. The compounds have plant protective properties and are suitable for protecting plants against infestation by phytopathogenic microorganisms.
