<B> "PROCESS FOR PREPARING AN OPTICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUND" <D> The present invention relates generally to an innovative lipase-catalyzed transesterification for the preparation of isoxazoline-5-yl acetic acid with a high optical purity stereoisomeric mixture of a substituted and esterified isoxazoline-5-yl acetate.
